How Do I Sign Up?
- Use our online store to purchase a monthly subscription to The Sloth Spot. After your order is processed, you'll gain access to the Sandy Cam and a discount on one-on-one experiences with Sandy.
What Do I Get with a Sloth Spot subscription?
1) Access to the Sandy Cam
2) A lower price to Meet Sandy face-to-face!
How Long Does the subscription last?
- One month that automatically renews until you choose to cancel.
How Do I Cancel My Monthly Subscription?
- Email email@example.com with 30 days notice and we'll get you taken care of!
How Do I Access the Sandy Cam?
1) Click on the "Sandy Cam" Tab along the top bar.
2) Use the "Sign Up" portion and enter in your email and a password of your choice.
3) Submit and we'll approve you for access within 24-48 hours.
Help! The Sandy Cam Is All Dark, What Do I Do?
Don't panic! Every now and again the Cam experiences a glitch. Either call Deana at Earthwise Pet Supply (972-355-5939) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get it back up and running!

How Do I Make An Appointment To Meet Sandy or Sid?
If you are a subscriber, you can schedule a time to come to the store right here on our site.
If you are not a subscriber and want to come to the store, call Deana at 972-355-5939.
If you would like Sid to come to a birthday party or educational seminar, call Deana at 972-355-5939.
